A 40-year-old resident of Porvoo with roots in Sipoo and with an education in social and health care, along with extensive work experience in the field. I want to work for a service that supports the health and well-being of citizens, but also ensures that the staff feel comfortable, safe, and heard. If we do not have a well-being staff, the core of the service fails. For me, it is also important that citizens have the right to receive the same service in both Finnish and Swedish. When people face challenging situations in life, it is important to be offered service in their native language.
