"Village activist"
Born, raised and still living in Gumbostrand. Our household: my wife, my youngest son (3 has already left the nest) and 2 dogs.
As a person I am a positive, patient diplomat.
I have a long experience in the real estate industry but have during my career worked with both smaller and bigger companies in several different industries, also internationally.
The work in benefit of thriving villages is close to my heart. One cannot solve problems by complaining! Now chairperson of our village association.
Both the archipelago and the nature is important for me.
Important political topics
Housing and Construction
Thriving villages are a vital part of Sibbo identity. The villages need inhabitants of all age groups, services, entrepreneurs, functional infrastructure and a safe living space.
You have to be able to build but according to a functional area plan.
Question for my self: could we create a flexible tool where the obligations of the municipality and local interests meet?
Economy & Business
A sustainable growth of Sibbo is critical and according to a clearly formulated identity and strategy. We should be able to provide a competitive environment for companies and inhabitants - a combination that requires patience and a long term focus
Thriving citizens
Sibbo should be a pleasant and safe place for all age groups to live in. A place we can be proud of. And by the way, our archipelago is a hidden gem.
