I am a 50-year-old resident of Sipoo from Norra Paipis. I hold a Master of Arts degree and have worked as a teacher, principal, and in various educational administration roles for 25 years. I also run a small farm. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, mostly on foot but sometimes by bike, kayak, or boat.

To maintain a balanced economy in a growing municipality, long-term financial planning is required. A strong business sector is crucial for creating jobs and maintaining the vitality of the municipality. Without a good economy, it is difficult to maintain high-quality services for residents.

The municipality can promote the well-being of its residents by managing the economy so that we can afford quality daycare, schools, and diverse cultural and recreational opportunities.
