"Mother, school social worker, specialist social worker"
I am 38 years old. I live with my husband, two small children and a poodle in western Vantaa. I am a social worker MSSc (2016), a specialist social worker with a specialization in social work with children, young people and families, 70 ECTS credits (2021), and a trainee teacher.
Since 2016, I have worked as a school social worker, but I also have a background in disability services and as a youth work leader.
I sit on the local branch board of SFP in Martinlaakso and on the district board of SFP in Uusimaa. I am a board member and member secretary of Koulukuraattorit ry - School Social Workers, I am a board member and vice-chairman of the Day Care Association Fyndet rf in Vantaa, and I am a member of the administrative boards of a couple of student housing foundations.
The well-being of children, young people and families, disability issues, preventive work and gender equality issues are matters close to my heart.
A vote for me is a vote for a society that prioritizes the well-being of our children, young people and families, for a society with the world's best schools and educational paths, for an equal society where everyone, regardless of background, feels safe and for a society where everyone can live their everyday lives in our two national languages, Swedish and Finnish.
I am also running in the county elections

Children, Youth, and Families

Everyone needs access to hobbies and meaningful leisure time to feel involved in society.
We want the world's best school and educational path with top-class day care. Everyone should feel safe where they spend their time.
Thriving citizens
Prosperous residents should always be the goal. When we invest in preventive work, we save money in the long run.
The best schools
In the best school, our children and young people can feel safe and grow up to be secure adults with healthy values.
Our young people need access to good secondary education, which should be paid for by the municipality. Families' finances should not affect the future prospects of young people.
