"Today's decisions are tomorrow's reality."
Hello everyone,
My name is Dan-Ove, and I am a driven professional and a father of two. For the past few years, I have been living with my family in Sundom.
I have a degree in economics and have worked in the banking sector in various leadership positions from a relatively young age. Today, I lead the Finnish sales division at the financial company whose Vaasa office I established a few years ago.
Although I have not been politically active before, I have always had a strong interest in societal issues—particularly in economics and childcare, both of which are close to my heart.
With my candidacy, I want to actively contribute to the well-being of Vaasa and Ostrobothnia. By working together with other elected representatives, I want to help ensure that the right decisions are made for our business sector and our children’s future.
Important political topics
Economy & Business
I want to work for sustainable, well-thought-out, and most importantly realistic solutions for the economy of Vaasa and Ostrobothnia.
Housing and Construction
I want to work towards ensuring that the needs and thoughts of us residents are taken into greater consideration in construction and planning.
Children, Youth, and Families
As a parent of young children and having grown up in the countryside myself, I sometimes worry about my children's future and what it will be like to grow up in Vaasa as a hometown. Therefore, I want to work towards ensuring that Vaasa, as a hometown, contributes positively to their development and provides them with a safe upbringing.
