"To protect peace in Europe!"
I’m running for the European Parliament in the elections on 09/06/2024. A strong EU is very important for Finland. The EU strengthens our security, supports our economic growth, and provides the conditions for a green transition that benefits both the climate and our economy.
The EU has been established to safeguard peace in Europe. Since the EU was founded, peace in Europe has never been as threatened as it is now. That is why it is all the more important for the EU to be strong, united, and defend our fundamental values: our liberal democracy, our rule of law, our freedom. I'm running for the European Parliament to defend peace in Europe.
I am a Special Adviser to Minister of Youth, Sport and Physical Activity Sandra Bergqvist. I have a Master of Science degree in Economics. I've done my military service as a paratrooper. My home town is Kemiönsaari in the Turku Archipelago, but I've lived in Helsinki since I started studying at Hanken in 2016.
