"Your Vote – My Mission"
I am a subject teacher in history and social studies, and I have taught in both primary and secondary schools. Since 2006, I have worked as a principal for a preschool, a primary school (grades 1–9), and a high school.
I grew up in Ostrobothnia, studied in Turku, and have lived in Tampere since 2001. I am married, and we have two teenage daughters and a small pug named Putte.
Tampere is a growing and dynamic city, and I want to work to ensure that my home municipality remains a vibrant, safe, and pleasant place to live.
Important political topics
The best schools
The best school is a safe school where every student has the opportunity to read, learn, and grow.
School should be a place where students can express themselves, develop as individuals, and prepare for the future.
A good school provides a solid foundation for life. It should also be a workplace where teachers and staff feel comfortable so that they can carry out their important work effectively.
Economy & Business
Investments in the economy and business sector promote growth and improve the standard of living.
A well-functioning business sector is essential for Tampere to continue growing and making important investments in the future. We need business-friendly policies to keep attracting companies to establish themselves in the area.
Thriving citizens
Investing in the well-being of residents is crucial for the city’s future. Prioritizing well-being leads to a more vibrant society. Healthy and well-supported residents contribute to community engagement and positive development.
