"For a fair, humane and stronger Lovisa"
I am a freelance editor, lecturer and parent of a son with an intellectual disability, with extensive experience working for accessibility, inclusion and better service solutions.
As a newer resident of Lovisa with roots in the region, I strive for a safe, bilingual and fair Lovisa. I have knowledge of language issues, functional disabilty rights and communication. I am also passionate about improving everyday life for residents, with a focus on the elderly and those with special needs. As an elected member, I want to highlight the strengths of Lovisa and its residents.
I am running for SFP in the municipal and welfare area elections - for policies that focus on the residents.
Important political topics
Thriving citizens
I will work to ensure that the residents of Lovisa feel safe, included and have access to the services they need, especially the elderly and people with special needs.
Culture and leisure play important roles in community and quality of life, and I want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to feel involved.
I will use my experience in functional disability rights, language issues and communication to highlight Lovisa's strengths and help its residents to take part in our city's rich offer, as well as turning Lovisa into the best small town in Finland.
Culture and Leisure
Culture and leisure play important roles in the community, well-being and quality of life. I will work to ensure that all residents have the opportunity to participate and feel involved in everyday life.
I will work for a Lovisa where the residents' creativity, traditions and commitment flourish.
A cultural center with a library is one of my heartfelt wishes for the coming term.
The best schools
I will work for a safe and inclusive school where every child gets the support they need and the conditions to develop and feel good.
I want to use my experience as the parent of a student in small group education to improve the support for students with special challenges, so that they can get the help they need to reach their full potential.
I will work to ensure that Lovisa has schools that look after each student and gives them a strong foundation for the future.

If you could give a superpower to your future political leader, what would it be?
