"I want to work for a safe and inclusive Pedersöre!"
My name is Mikaela Jansson and I am 45 years old. I grew up in Karby and live in Skutnabba with my husband and our two children. I am positive, energetic and enjoy being out in nature and from there I draw strength and inspiration to take on new challenges.
Important political topics
The best schools
It is important to me that children and young people grow up in a safe environment and the school is an important piece of the puzzle in their everyday lives, which is why I want to work for a school that is safe and inclusive for everyone who is part of it, students, staff and parents. A well-functioning student care and good cooperation between home and school are important parts of the work to create a safe school environment and prevent bullying.
Thriving citizens
For me, it is important that there are health-promoting services for all ages in the municipality. Everyone should have the opportunity to get the help and support they need, regardless of their economic and social background.
Culture and Leisure
To promote the well-being of local residents, I believe it is important that everyone, regardless of age, has access to empowering activities such as sports, culture and associations, and that the threshold to participate in these activities is low for everyone who wants to.
