"If you have nothing constructive to contribute, you can keep quiet. I won't keep quiet!"
I am the principal of Kyrkbacken's school in Nagu and of Skärgårdshavet's school in Korpo. I was born in Pargas and live in Nagu. For me, it is important to be involved and influence our future. I am well versed in education issues and know how the city of Pargas works. I am a board member of Finland's Swedish Teachers' Association (FSL) and a council member the Trade Union of Education in Finland (OAJ). As a person, I am committed, social, caring and opportunity oriented.
I want to work so that our day care and our schools are equipped to meet the challenges of today and the future. It is important that our residents have access to the services they need to live a good life. By investing in education, entrepreneurship and club activities, we can contribute to a better tomorrow for everyone. The Archipelago Sea is an invaluable part of our identity, we need to continue to strengthen connections in the archipelago. Pargas is a place for growth where education, entrepreneurship and community involvement create the opportunities of the future. Together we form a secure future!

Early childhood education should be free for everyone.
In my answer, by early childhood education, I mean daycare services that the municipality takes care of.

Schools should prioritize traditional textbooks over digital learning materials.
I believe that neither should be prioritized. The teaching material (digital/textbook) is not what guides the teaching, that does the national curriculum. The teacher decides what is best to use in which situation. Both are needed in today\\\\\\\'s society.

One of the municipality’s most important tasks is to invest in sports facilities and opportunities for exercise and recreation.
4 / 11
It is important to provide all residents with equal opportunities for cultural activities.
If you assume that the opportunities should be equal regardless of where you live in the municipality, it will be impossible to realize.
5 / 11
The municipality should introduce or improve opportunities for residents to influence how municipal funds are used through participatory budgeting.
Pargas has this well arranged already.
6 / 11
The municipality should invest in public transportation.
We have a good system that can be improved, especially in the archipelago.
7 / 11
It should be possible to be a resident in more than one municipality, for example, through digital municipal citizenship.
The basic idea that you can be a resident of more than one municipality is good, but there are still too many open questions and challenges with digital municipal residency.
8 / 11
The municipality should better facilitate the expansion of renewable energy, such as solar and wind power.
9 / 11
The municipality should mix more housing types in planning than is currently the case.
The municipality must make room for several forms of housing, but not force housing of a certain form.
10 / 11
The municipality should introduce anonymous recruitment.

If you could give a superpower to your future political leader, what would it be?
One who has infinite wisdom does not need time travel or invisibility. With infinite wisdom one can right wrongs committed in the past. The future will be bright without fail with this super power!
