"Sustainably energetic"
I have been involved in city politics in Lohja for eight years and am motivated to continue the work. I have served as a member of the citycouncil and board of education and as chairman of the Swedish section. I live in Maksjoki with my husband and two teenagers, but we also enjoy our summer place in Karjalohja. I work with future telecommunications and represent Finland internationally in EU and UN. In our family, we are active users of the city's cultural and exercise opportunities. I am active in Swedish associations in Lohja and in reservist activities.

I will work for an economically sustainable Lohja with focus on functioning service. I want to promote smart and sustainable procurement that emphasizes quality. The diversity of urban and rural areas must be taken into account in decision-making so that our villages are also kept viable. We should be proud of our bilingualism and work to make it true in everyday life.
Children, Youth, and Families
The school environment must be safe for everyone and the schools shall have sufficient resources. Everyone should have opportunities for cultural and leisure activities. I want to secure the Swedish school path in Lohja from daycare to high school.
Economy & Business
The city's economic sustainability is one of the biggest consistent themes in the coming period. We should strengthen the cooperation between the city and business to create the best conditions for investment and entrepreneurship. The city's employment services must function efficiently so that jobseekers are offered work as quickly as possible.
