I think it is important to have denser residential areas with high-rise buildings, instead of turning Espoo into a sprawling suburban area. However, new areas will probably also be needed. It is best if residential areas contain a variety of house types, from tower blocks to detached houses.

Overall, Espoo is a safe and secure city to live in. This does not mean that there are not areas where safety could be improved.

Espoo has a good range of services and support services for young people, which can be accessed with a low threshold. However, I would like to see more services and support services in schools and colleges and other places where young people go. For example, youth workers in schools at break times

Both traditional textbooks and digital learning materials have their advantages and disadvantages. Having access to both would be best, but it is probably too expensive for schools. Many people have close ties with the municipality where they have a holiday home, students who commute between their place of study and their actual home municipality, or the municipality where they grew up and where their parents live. Digital citizenship would make it easier to deal with official matters, receive information about the municipality, and possibly be able to have a say. However, this raises many questions about what it means in practice in terms of voting rights and taxes, for example. Or how it would work in practice with a small municipality with many holiday homes.

Totally of the same opinion! A green future is the future for Espoo!

Neighbourhoods with a variety of housing types provide better opportunities to continue living in the same area when, for example, people want to move from high-rise buildings to terraced houses. A diversity of housing types also reduces socio-economic segregation between neighbourhoods.

Anonymous recruitment provides a better opportunity to recruit based on merit. We all have prejudices and biases, and many times we don\'t realise it no matter how we try to look at the application impartially. Anonymous recruitment thus provides an opportunity for more equal and diverse recruitment.

The ability to immediately clean up the environment and stop climate change would be a real superpower, saving not only Espoo and Finland, but the whole world and future generations! Unfortunately, invisibility is not enough to fight corruption, changing history could have disastrous consequences for those of us who are living now, and I don\'t think there are perfect decisions... good decisions with as little compromise as possible, but not perfect. So, climate superpower absolutely!!!
