"Experience, Reliability, and Commitment – Your Voice for a Safe and Sustainable Helsinki"
I was born and raised in Espoo, but I have lived in Helsinki since 1994 and now reside in Töölö. I am a proud mother of a son who studies in Turku.
I work as an HR manager in a social and healthcare organization and I am passionate about leadership, promoting well-being, and finding solutions together for challenges that arise both at work and in life.
I have extensive political experience and have been engaged in Helsinki’s municipal politics since 2012. Currently, I serve as the Chair of the Helsinki Chapter of the Swedish Women’s Association, a member of the Folktinget, a lay judge in the Helsinki District Court, and a board member of the Oulunkylä Rehabilitation Foundation. Previously, I have been Chair of the Swedish People’s Party in Helsinki and a member of the Social and Health Care Committee. I understand the importance of taking responsibility and making decisions that genuinely impact residents’ lives.
I am running in the municipal elections because I want to continue working for a Helsinki where wise decisions are made together with those affected by them. I am reliable, honest, and committed – and I believe in politics that listens and collaborates.
Important political topics
Children, Youth, and Families
A safe and high-quality education is key to a strong future. I want to ensure sufficient resources for schools, support teachers, and invest in the mental well-being of young people.
Thriving citizens
With experience in the social and healthcare sector, I know how crucial it is for healthcare services to function smoothly. We need better access to care, improved elderly care, and increased investments in mental health.
Municipal and urban vitality
I want to promote sustainable urban development and a well-functioning public transportation system that makes everyday life easier for residents. In urban planning, the needs of pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists must be taken into account in the most effective way.
