Kirkkonummi
"I want to work for a prosperous Kirkkonummi where residents feel good and involved. Our children are important. We must have the resources needed in day care and schools to meet the needs that exist. I want to balance the need for new buildings in the best possible way with the need to preserve valuable nature and important recreational areas. I want to work to ensure that Kirkkonummi reduces its carbon dioxide emissions. It is important that integration and services for the unemployed work well. I want to participate in building a modern, green municipality attractive to both current and new residents."
I live in Kirkkonummi in Överby with my husband and our dog. We have three adult children. I have worked at a university of applied sciences and with environmental projects at Åland Islands and in Kirkkonummi. At the moment, I work in early childhood education. I have a Master in Economics with focus on logistics and social responsibility. For me, equality, respect and green values are important.
Important political topics
Thriving citizens
I want to work for a prosperous Kirkkonummi where residents feel welcome and involved. Our children are important. We should have the resources needed in day care and schools to meet the challenges young people have nowadays. It is important that integration and services for unemployed people work well. Everyone needs to feel that they are part of a our community, both older and younger residents.
Sustainable and attractive planning
Kirkkonummi is a growing municipality. We would like more jobs, more services and more housing. At the same time, we want to preserve valuable nature and important recreational areas. I want to balance these needs in the best possible way. I advocate a densified community structure that is realized in a pleasant way. Energy-efficient constructions are important. I would like to see more wooden houses in Kirkkonummi, also apartment buildings. Pleasant green areas and an investment in functional routes for light traffic create peace and pleasantness in the municipality. I want to work to ensure that Kirkkonummi reduces its carbon dioxide emissions in the best possible way.
Economy & Business
It is important to have a well-managed economy, it benefits everyone. It is desirable to have more workplaces in Kirkkonummi. Kirkkonummi should primarily encourage companies that have a positive environmental impact to establish themselves in the municipality. Integration and services for the unemployed people should work, both because it is very important for those who need the service, but also because it is good to harness all the potential that exists in the municipality. A diverse workforce and a diverse business structure are good. It is also important that we have our own functioning services for entrepreneurship.

In Kirkkonummi, it is important to promote the attractiveness of new residential areas or business establishments, even if it comes at the expense of nature.
I think it is many times more attractive when you have taken the original nature into account when planning new

The West Rail between Espoo and Salo should be implemented, even if it means that Kirkkonummi must finance part of it.
There in no need for Länsirataa. We should invest in the coastal railway (Rannikkorata) . The construction of the Länsirata will destroy valuable natural areas while also causing large carbon dioxide emissions. The profitability of the line is also a question mark. Investing in Länsirataa may also lead to investments in more driving files in the motorway as more residents come to the area

In Kirkkonummi, it is better to save money by cutting down on the service network for residents rather than reducing municipal staff.
If it is possible to maintain the service network despite reducing staff, this may be preferable, but it is difficult to imagine how this could be realized

If you could give a superpower to your future political leader, what would it be?
Then you can remove the causes of environmental destruction and climate change, as well as wars and other misery. It is not enough for one leader to make perfect decisions. You also have to get the other leaders on board
