"Politics is about doing things together. I am committed to working in cooperation with others – even with those who disagree with me – to find common ground and pursue shared goals. Instead of deepening divisions, politics should focus on reducing polarization, easing fears, and building trust. That is what I have aimed for in my roles of public trust so far, and that is what I will continue to strive for in the future."
I am a father of five, an architect, an entrepreneur, and I have lived most of my life in Kirkkonummi.
As a minister, member of parliament, municipal politician and architect, I’ve had the opportunity to work on the issue that I’m most passionate about: creating a healthy and human-centered environment. My home municipality Kirkkonummi is especially dear to me, and it is a matter of honor to be able to work for its wellbeing.
I hope to earn your trust to continue this work in the future as well.
I am also running in the county elections

Municipal and urban vitality
The most important decisions are made in our municipalities. That’s where the schools and the businesses are. The education and economic policies we implement locally define how Finland will succeed. A municipality that manages its finances well, maintains its competitiveness, and fosters strong cooperation with local businesses will thrive in the future too.
The best schools
Our schools are our factories of the future. Finnish schools were once the best in the world, but they are no longer. This government is taking many steps to turn things around. In the Swedish People’s Party, we are committed to implementing these reforms — but doing so requires a strong mandate at the local level.
Housing and Construction
The two main factors that influence whether someone chooses one municipality over another are the quality of schools and the living environment. By building smartly – and especially by planning wisely – a municipality can significantly boost its appeal. A municipality that knows its strengths and dares to stand out has a clear advantage.
